The panel was to discuss career paths beyond the field of engineering. Moderated by Robin Barabasz of SGR North America, the panel featured four outstanding women from around the organization who have taken their backgrounds in engineering and gone on to have success in a number of fields from Human Resources to management.

Saint-Gobain Panelists included Arpi Aprahamian, Plant Manager; Carolyn Kelley, Director of Organization & People Development; Dawn Murphy (SGR North America), Techno-Marketing Group Leader and Sue Popinchalk, World Class Manufacturing Regional Coordinator.
