Saint-Gobain North American Inventor Recognition Dinner

Saint-Gobain North American Inventor Recognition Dinner

Inventors at Saint-Gobain Research North America were recently honored for their patents at the 2019 North American Inventor Recognition Dinner. Those recognized at the dinner were Saint-Gobain employees in North America who were granted a patent within the last two years.

Saint-Gobain has a long history of innovation dating back to the 17th century when the Royal Manufactory of mirror glass developed a revolutionary procedure of table casting glass. Today, Saint-Gobain has been named one of the Top 100 Global Innovators* for the eighth consecutive year, based in part, on the work done by Saint-Gobain researchers around the globe. Since 2011, the honor has been given using patents as a key measure of innovation, analyzing the size, strength and quality of patent portfolios to identify the most innovative organizations globally. Each employee recognized at the event for their inventions contributed to the Top Innovator distinction and continues to propel the organization forward with their novel concepts.

Congratulations and thank you to each of the nearly 200 inventors honored this year!
